Discover the Musical Fountain Display, ordered by Louis XIV, while listening to classical and baroque music.
The Musical Fountain Display revives the reign of King Louis XIV. He ordered remarkable works in order to provide the fountains and the ponds with 1,333 gallons of water necessary for one hour fountain display.
This tour includes:
A guided visit to the State Apartments (Hall of Mirrors) and a walking guided tour of the gardens, of the main fountains up to the Neptune pond, while listening to classical and baroque music.
N.B. The playing time of the fountains and water displays may be shortened during drought conditions.
