The tour was very well organised. We were short of time at Giverny. The lunch stop was quite delicious. Should I ever get to Paris again, I will certainly book with Cityrama.

The guides were informative, pleasant and helpful. The bus was comfortable and the journey through the villages was very pleasant. We stopped at a beautiful and charming location for lunch. However the lunch was less than desirable. I would have preferred to order off the menu, even if it was a limited version of the menu, given the size of our group. We were all served the same plates with no alternative meal option. Overall, the excursion was very enjoyable, on time and just lovely.

Our trip was very wonderful. Our tour guide was so delightful, she made it very memorable. My only complaint which was not of your doing, was the art exhibition at Versailles. Had it been displayed outside would have been better. It really distracted from the rooms I wish to see, and it was defiantly not in my taste in art.

This was really a good trip except that Versailles was so crowded we couldn't enjoy the interior of the palace. The two tour guides were really wonderful in their commentary and the day was very well carried out. We liked the lunch at Moulin Fourges between Giverny and Versailles. If at all possible, don't schedule group trips to Versailles when they have an art exhibit going on there because there is so little space available for walking and certainly no chance to get a good look at anything with the crowd pushing and shoving.

teletubbies-like statues at versailles were awful!
lady tour guide was wonderful.
employee (lady) at citirama desk was rude when i stopped by the day before to confirm the trip.
we have paid for at least 12 people to take this trip with citirama. also, my husband and i have been 3 times.
the lunch was wonderful!

It was very practical and confortable. There was a strike in Versailles and we only went in because it was a pre-booked excursion. I will recommend you to my friends.

Hi,
I was told to be at Cityrama's office at 7.45am for the tour but the tour driver did not leave till 8.30am ! Being a tourist and not familiar with Paris I had to wake up really early to be there punctually and the least they could do was leave punctually. I had to forego breakfast which I could have taken at the cafe across the street had I known I would have to wait 45mins. Since we started off late and with the famous Paris traffic jams, we did not have time to see the Versailles Gardens which were reputed to be one of the most beatiful in the world. Also when we got to the Palace, there were so many tour groups and again we were made to wait to get inside. In the end, we had a rush tour inside and no time outside! Definitely not well planned and not value for our money!

This was a very interesting excursion. The coach driver was very good and the guide was thorough in all explanations and directions. We thoroughly enjoyed the visit to Giverny and loved the gardens. The Palace was spectacular and our guide gave us clear explanations. It was a very long day but it started and finished at the given times so we knew what to expect.

I liked the excursion a lot, but I think it could be cheaper. The tourist guide who accompanied us during the trip had a great knowledge about the visited places and answered all our questions. I hope I can use yours services in the future again.

We really enjoyed the trip to Giverny and to Versailles. There were so many tourists but the tour was well organized and we had 2 guides to care for us. The lunch was good and the location of the restarant was very picturistic. We had very good time. Thank you. Kozue Cox, from Hawaii.

Another enjoyable tour, also operated with efficiency by the staff of Cityrama. And again, another very knowledgeable tour guide, especially when informing us about the works of art in the Palace. Our luncheon was excellent. However, if I had known that we would have been 'back-tracking' from our lunch venue to the Palace of Versailles, I would have chosen full day at Versailles.

the tourist guide was unpolite, agressive, when we arrived in Versailles, we hadn't audio guide, it was terrible.
Im frustating, because I had many good opinions before, but I couldnt say the same. I dont like and I dont recomend to my friends.

Our guides were both excellent - and we were glad one of them was able to ask the staff at the restaurant to
accommodate our dietary requests.

Framboise was particulary excellent while we were at Versailles.

Our only wish was that there had been a little more time to explore Versailles.

Thank you!

Despite I would like to have more time in Giverny, the trip was good, the guide was friendly, the bus was confortable, and the lunch at Moulin de Forges was fantastic. But unfortunatelly I must to complain about the way I was treated by the lady who attended me at the desk in your office at Rivolli street.

She was arrogant, unpolite and disgraceful. Unfortunately I didnt had time to write her name down. But she has brown and short hair and was seated at the left side of the desk at the entrance.

The situation is that: I said good morning and asked politely if she could help me with my voucher. She pulled my voucher with violence, without saying a word and gave me back one ticket.

As I had bought a trip for 2 people, I asked her: Is this ticket for 2 people? She looked straight to my eyes and said arrogantly: Easy!!!! Be Calm! - I was calm, happy of course because I was traveling!!!

She was very rude, very unpolite, and I dont think people like her can work adequately with clientes who buy an excursion, and are in their relaxing time. I hope you do something about it. I think that if this business was mine I would like to know the quality of the services I am offering.
