We begin our day by crossing Paris as far as the Porte de Bercy to join the
A4 motorway leading to La Vallée (average journey : 1 hour).
Our driver will leave clients at the group parking area close to the mall entrance. The group will rejoin the coach at 3.00 PM.

The tour with the bus was nice. I suggest to extend the stay at la Vallee for one hour (return at 16 pm). There is too less time to discover all shops.

The idea is not bad, the major disappointment was the fact the bus had to leave at about 14:30 if I recall correctly. We arrived to the village at about 11:00 so there were only 3:30 left for shopping, besides with a coffe or a lunch break it would become even less - which is obviously not enough for a shopping area like that.
I wanted to check quite a lot of shops and needed a proper lunch break so I opted for the return with RER in the end of the day which turned out to be quite convenient.
The good point about Cityrama tour is that we were given 10% discount coupons to any 3 shops of the village, that was actually a big plus - otherwise I would've been totally disappointed and considered the trip to be a waste of money.

It was a good experience. Worked fine, but agree with other commentators online who said it's too short. The bus leaves La Vallee at 2:45 p.m. and that's no enough time to go through the shops and also make purchases. At least one more hour would make it more productive for shoppers.

Instruction was not clear on the need to show document or ticket to board the bus on the return trip. The duration time in La Vallee Village Outlet was too short, the return timing SHOULD BE extended for another 30min and departs at 15:30h instead. Appreciate if you will please consider, thank you.

It is very convenient and good to book this trip in advance via your internet page, as there are many people who would like to go there. The only problem I have / had is, that the last page - returning after booking and paying always makes problem. I am only able to only go out totally from the internet and start new.

The experience to La Vallee Village with Cityrama was very much the same as the one to La Roca Village in Spain, except that the one in Spain costs 10€ less. There was sufficient time as there weren't much to buy. Overall, I am somewhat satisfied with the experience.

We needed more time for shopping. Three hour shopping was not enough because the outlet and the shopping mall was not small. Also we need to eat lunch so it took an hour to finish.

It was a very good trip except that this is a very short trip - the coach didn't depart on time and we were not allowed to extend our stay beyond 2.30pm. We had to rush through our shopping.
