The tour was informative and well executed. Everything ran on time, and the guide was very helpful as well as instructive. I would recommend this trip to others who are looking for a convenient way to see Versailles and the Trianons.

The entry process into Versailles is a mess with no coordination. The tour experience within the palace was less than pleasing as it was just too crowded and rushed to look and enjoy. The gardens and Trianons area tours were very nice and slower paced. The lunch that was included was very nice. Not all can be fixed by Cityrama but they should at least have input into correcting the entry mess.

We had a lovely day with a fabulous tour guide. Our guide was informative, fun and a credit to your company - she was generous with her time and historical information.

It would be best if there was information about the amount of walking involved which is difficult for some people.
We have young children and the walking was fine for us though we noticed some older travellers found it very difficult.

I was planned to participate on Paris - London Tour by Eurostar. Unfortunately we were not able to do so because we did not have a visa for England. I suggest you could add some more information regarding the visa requirement for such tour, so participant would be prepared accordingly.

I was on the tour to Versailles and Triannon, and have a great experience to know somethings happened in the past. Thank you for the very energic guide, whether she was not young enough, she was very helpfull and informative guide. I hope we could joint again in other time.

I had no problem with the tour or guides, but the Palace was so crowded that it was hard to enjoy the tour. The Trianons and Gardens were very enjoyable and not as crowded.
