Drive to the oldest part of the Capital : First admire the geometric design of Vendome Square and the fantasy of the Old Opera house - Le Grand Louvre - Hôtel de Ville (City Hall) - Bastille Square - Rue Saint-Antoine - Marais District - Latin Quarter - Sorbonne - Collège de France - Panthéon - Luxemburg Gardens (Senate) - Saint-Germain des Prés.                                         
Guided visit of Notre-Dame Cathedral** and a short cruise to approach and leave the Cité Island (except when the river is too high).

We leave the our office via the Place de la Concorde, Champs Elysées
as far as the Arc de Triomphe. We then drive towards the 16th district. Trocadéro & Eiffel Tower. We make our first stop at the
 quai de la Bourdonnais and board our Bateaux Parisiens boat for a commented
 cruise along the River Seine. (Duration : 1 hour). On leaving the cruise we
catch the famous Eiffel Tower lift as far as the 2nd floor.

This was simply a drive by with no stopping. It was not at all what we expected or how the brochure reads. It was nice to see some of the sites, but it would have been better if the bus stopped, at least for photo opportunities.
CITYRAMA ANSWERS : The morning tour includes a bus tour in the old quarters of Paris, the guide gives commentaries inside the bus. One stop is included to visit Notre Dame Cathedral. The morning tour is a bus tour in the western part of Paris with audiophones commentaries, one stop is included to get into the 2nd floor of the Eiffel Tower + cruise on the Seine river. Sorry if this information is not clear online, we will make it clearer.

It was a great experience to do a tour with Cinyrama while in Paris over the Christmas Holidays. The Paris Full Day tour had some problems with the afternoon Siene Riverboat ride because of the river being up too high. However, Cityrama did add some other tours to make up for the lack of the Siene. My friends and I had a good day on this tour. I do have a problem with a tour we took on Landing beaches of Normandy which I will answer here and on that link.

We were scheduled to take the Landing Beaches of Normandy trip the next day 12/29/10. Because of the nasty weather, I was not able to attend this tour. I come down with the flu that night and the next day of the tour. My friends who were traveling with me went to the offices of Cityrama on that date to take the tour. They explained to the ladies at the desk that I was not able to make the trip and was there a way to get credit because of coming down with the flu. It was not something I had planned. The response was no because they could have sold my ticket to someone else. Well, the bus was not even full so I don't think there was someone running after that ticket. This trip cost 169 euros which I lost beause of being sick and for the lack of Cityrame not being willing to return my money. I would never purchase tickets ahead of time from this company. Think before you do.

The sites were enjoyable, and the coach comfortable. However, we were not told that there would be multiple languages spoken by the tour guides, thus cutting down any time spent asking questions. Also, the bus broke down, and we were stranded on the road for over 30 minutes. Then the boat wasn't working, and we were told we'd have to wait until 6:30 to take a boat ride, when the tour was supposed to have been finished. We had to withdraw, and take a cab, back to our hotel, missing the boat ride. I have requested my credit card company to file for a partial refund. I would give you another try on my next trip; I think your approach has promise, but it didn't meet expectations this time.

The Paris full day tour organised by Cityrama was a total rip off and a far cry from what is advertised on the internet.

My family (two adults and two underaged children) took a full day tour on 28/04/2011 with cityrama and the tour did not meet our expectations. Our understanding was that the full day tour will commence by 9.15am and end by 6.30pm to afford us ample time to return to our hotel located in Disneyland and also allow the children enough time to relax. To our greatest shock, on getting to Cityrama office, we were told that we will first do the historic tour from 9.15am to 11.30am and wait until 6:30 when the tour was supposed to have been finished to take a boat ride and visit the Eiffel tower. We spoke with the front desk officer to have the second leg of the trip changed to 2pm to enable us finish by 6.30pm as we had children with us and the weather was very cold. She refused but referred us to a senior officer whom we spoke with on phone and who also declined. We had to withdraw from the tour and did not get to see the Eiffel tower the main reason we embarked on the tour.

Apart from the above, there are other flaws in the arrangement.
1.We had 2 tour guides speaking multiple lanaguages and virtually not giving room for questions to be asked.
2.There was no activity for the children.
3.The tour was a simple drive, no stopping for photos and at times repeating sites.

In a nutshell, we did not receive value for our money and therefore request that you do a partial refund for that part of the tour not utilized.
