You will begin your day with the visit of Notre Dame Cathedral. Next, the guided visit of the Louvre Museum which will concentrate on 3 world-famous materpieces : the Venus of Milo, the "Sacre de Napoléon 1er" and the Mona Lisa painted by Leonardo da Vinci at the beginning of the 16th century. Then you will be free to visit the other parts of the world's biggest museum. This will be followed by a one and a half hour's lunch-cruise on the Seine.

served with celeriac remoulade
Salmon Gravlax, served with Belgian endive and black radish salad,
with a mimosa vinaigrette
Poached egg, served with stewed vegetables and a ravigote sauce

Tender braised beef cheek and potato parmentier
Black sea-bream, served with bulgur wheat and mushrooms
and a lemon sauce
Jugged duck leg, served with stewed haricot beans
Loin of pork, served with buttered braised cabbage and a sage jus

Morbier cheese, served with an apple and raisin condiment
Warm apple tart
Creamed rice with a salted caramel sauce
Savarin cake with citrus fruit syrup and mousseline cream
Chocolate cream, served with a Madeleine sponge
