I really enjoyed the tours of GH Mumm and Moet & Chandon as well as the Cathedral in Reims. it was definitely more convenient to go on the tour with CityRama than to try to plan the excursion on our own.

I was very safistied with the tour and the tour guide. But there is something that cityrama can impove in this tour. First, I believe it will be interesting to offer a more detailed tour for smaller groups as an option. I'm sure that even paying more, there will be plenty of customers that will pay extra to visit the region with a smaller group and have the opportunity to visit other houses such as Veuve Cliquot, among others. In addition, maybe you can offer premium pakages for the tour. The tasting is included in the tour but it is a very basic tasting, probably this is suitable for most of the customers, but others, like myself will enjoy the option to pay more and have the opportunity to taste premium champagnes like Don Perrignon and some cuvée prestige or vintage champagne. for this reason, I believe you can offer the same Champagne tour and the option to have a simple tasting (more basic champagne) or pay more to taste premium champagne.

Punctual and excellent driver
Guide always too late on stops. Had problems to recognize group members (during Moet Chandon visit!)
English pronounciation rather bad. I fortunately speak French, so I could follow the French part of the visits.
Visit and explanations of cathedral in Reims too short.
Nevertheless, very nice tour. Will book again

We enjoyed the guided tours of each of the Champagne Cellars at Mumm and Moet Chandon greatly. We were a bit disappointed with the information provided by the English tour guide provided by Cityrama on the bus. He did not seem as knowledgeable as he should be for a tour like this. I have taken other tours with this company and had only good experiences.

MOET-CHANDON WAS GREAT ESPECIALLY WALKING THRU THE CELLARS. AT MUMMS YOU REALLY DID'NT
GET TO SEE ANYTHING. MUMMS DID HAVE A GOOD TOUR GUIDE EXPLAIINATION THOUGH. A 1/2 GLASS OF EACH OF THE TWO CHAMPAGNES WOULD BE BETTER TO SEE THE DIFFERENCE IN TASTE ESPECIALLY WHEN YOU ARE CONSIDERING BUYING A BOTTLE. I TOOK THE DRIER OF THE TWO TO TASTE AND DIDN'T LIKE IT. I DID HOWEVER PURCHASE THE SEMI WITHOUT TASTING. JUST A THOUGHT.

disappointed that there was no options on what to taste at the wineries.
Shorten lunch break for more time at the first winery, 10 mins for tasting and purchase is not enough.
Also the tour directors were talking loudly to themselves all the time and it was irritating to those stuck near them

Good Visit. Instead of visiting a Cathedral there, I would prefer to visit another Cave or the plantation, to have a full idea of the Champagne progress. But I really enjoyed it.
