Excellent tour, as was your tour director. Learned more about the D-Day Normandy landings in 14 hours than I learned in the classroom during my formative schooling years, even if I had been paying attention. I'd highly recommend Cityrama to anyone coming to Paris.

Well narrated and informative. Some what rushed because of slow passengers but this was not the fault of the guides. It hit the sites I wanted to see and included everything needed for a days outing. Well worth the price

The time for visiting the Memorial in Caen was a bit short. It would be best if we have at least an hour to hang around on the top of the movie time. Besides this, everything was perfect. The tour guide was perferctly nice.

Wish we had more time at Omaha Beach, we were only allowed one hour.  I would have forgone the other beaches just to stay longer at Omaha Beach.

It was a great history lesson of both the Great War and WWII.

My husband & I took the tour from Paris to Landing Beaches of Normandy. We really enjoyed it. It was the day before the celebration of D-day which made it quite special. Our tour guide, Christine, was quite thorough. When we arrived at the museum it was quit moving. There was a parade outside the cementary by some Irish soliders. I felt it was an emotional day. I would defintely recommend the tour and Cityrama to others. I left my jacket on the bus. I realized it after we left the area & was on the train. Cityrama was great, they called the driver of the bus and I was able to pick it up within 2 days. Thank you Cityrama for your co-operation.

I have taken many trips with you and have always been very satisified. Will do more when I return.
Thank you,

The trip was well worth the time. I would have liked to have more time at the museum. There was little value going to the last beach (Juno) as there was not much to see outside or inside. Could have used this time at the museum. Canadians might not agree.

Everything was very well handled. We were very pleased with each excursion. Our guide to Versailles was very knowledgeable and seemed to enjoy telling us everything he knew. Being seated at our own table on our dinner excursions was an especially nice treat. Cityrama does a very nice job. We have used Grey Line Tours in the United State and have always had a great experience which is why we choose to use Cityrama in Paris.

The Transportation was excellent with a safe driver. We traveled with your group in 2007 to Mount St. Michel when we enjoyed the services of a competent, enthusiastic, informative guide. In contrast we found this guide lethargic, at at times even rude. The meal at the Caen Memorial was dreadful.

Due to the strikes and protests, our trip was delayed or running late and we found ourselves rushed at many of the sites. Also, the rest stop required for the transfer for the bus drivers was rather inadequate for the size and needs of our group and the many other tourist groups using that facility.

Great tour guides on both tours that we undertook with Cityrama. We liked the way that you ensured the tours ran on time and according to the excursion. We would definitely use your tours in the future.

This tour was very interesting. We would have liked more time at the museum at Caen and less time at the landing beaches themselves. We appreciated lunch being included for the price.

I liked the tour very much. I liked the drive, the museum, the beaches, the cemetery, the good bus driving and our guide. Our guide was very good, very knowledgable, and he was kind to look out for everyone. I liked that several landmarks in Paris were driven by upon our return, and that was an extra nice bonus. The lunch at the museum was the least good meal we had in Paris, but it was adequate. The desserts and the wine were good. The convenience store we stopped at in the evening was fine-interesting and good variety. The next to last beach, the restaurant was not good to get a drink, but not your fault. Overall, I consider that the Citirama tour was worth spending the day with you during our one week visit to France.

we all enjoyed it but we did feel a little rushed. we realize it was because we had alot to cover.

Overall we had a good experience. Save driver, clean bus and well versed tour guide. Personally, we would have preferred less time at the museum, a box lunch on the bus, and more time at the beaches and cemetery.
Also, a cooler of water on the bus would have been nice.

I was a bit disappointed in the short time actually spent on the landing beaches. The stay at the Peace Museum was enjoyable but too long, shortening the available time at the beaches. I was interested in seeing and paid to see the Normandy landing sites.
