A trip of a lifetime. This was only marred by the inclement weather but did not change my opinion of the total experience. Again a very well planned excursion by your company.
Reservations at the Inn of the Restaurant in the Chateaux Country was exceptional.

My husband and I were very satisfied with all three tours we took - they were well organized, the buses were very comfortable, and the guides were knowledgeable. We will definitely take other Cityrama excursions on our next trip to Paris.

We were really looking to take this tour, but I really want to make a comment on this one. We had a full bus, everyone wants to take the most out of this visits, and it is not fair for a complete bus, to be waiting for more than 20 minutes for two persons who didn´t have a watch and didn´t care if they were late or not. I think you should be very clear in saying that people should be at the bus at the indicated time and that there would be a 5 minute spare time, after that, instructions will be left at the main office of the attraction of the different ways to go back to Paris. All of us who were in time, were very upset about this long wait which should not occur. I have been in many different parts in the world and have taken many guided tours which have been wonderful, and I remember once in Puerto Rico, 5 persons were left behind because the guide waited for 5 minutes and no more since we had to be at another plave after that. That is the only way people learn how to be punctual. Every single guide on the bus was excellent, (I think the Japanese guide was too, although I didn´t understand anything he said), but all the guides were great and I really think they were also upset and ashamed with us for this incident. Apart from this, it was a really well explained and nice tour.

Great tour, good balance between guided portion and free time. Guide was very knowledgeable and did a good job keeping the group on schedule. Would recommend to others and would purchase additional tours from Cityrama.

A good excursion. Although the guides were excellent, visiting three castles and a cathedral in a day doesn't work very well. We felt almost exausted after the excursion. Would work better if we skip one of the castles (Cheverny) in order to have more time to explore Chambord.

The tour guides were very friendly, engaging and interesting despite the fact they probably do this on a weekly basis! The Cityrama office was really easy to find from the Metro station, easy walk, they were organized, timely and there was adequate "on your own" time for each castle. The buses are comfortable and it's a pleasant ride to the Loire Valley. We very much enjoyed!

We enjoyed the tours immensely but the attitude of the senior staff at the Paris office is appalling. The senior ladies in the Cityrama office are exceedingly rude. You say "Bonjour" to greet them and they do not even respond to you and cannot seem to make eye contact. I observed this being done to a number of passengers. The Cityrama office should secure staff who understand how to treat customers. I suggest you should do some mystery shopping to see how the services are managed.

I loved the ride,

rooms were very nice and the guide who speaks Spanish, because I'm Brazilian, was great training.
I wonder if you also have ride to Bruges on Saturday.

The tour of the chateaux country was awesome. My favorite was Chenonceau. The guide, Caroline, was superb. I wanted to marry her but I could see she's already married! The lunch at Cheverny was very good. I was worried it was going to be horrible. The headsets were difficult to hear while on the bus on the way to the first chateau.

Great tour! And It could be even better if the guide were exclusively dedicated to a single language. The guide to Portuguese - Amelia - is fabulous, but we could have enjoyed more if we hadn't to "share" her with the Italian group - and I guess they think the same as they had to wait for us as well.
Apart from this detail, it is a great tour.

Another amazing tour. The only thing I would say is the time at chateaux's could be extended a little so you have more time to looking around and explore the gardens. I know it's a long day and it's quite far away but an extra 30 minutes at each chateaux would of been great. Also our guide Claire was amazing. She knew all the facts of the different chateaux and explained in great detail all the history of the different places. This tour I would also recommend to my friends.

Good tour. Guide did not provide much information, though. It would be better to have a guide for each spoken language instead of having to share guides.
