After leaving the Southern highway, we reach the Serein valley, at Chablis, surrounded by vineyards, Visit to a local cellar and taste the white wine, one of the world's best wines. Lunch at the restaurant "Bistrot des grands crus" (drinks not included).
At 1.45 PM, continue to Vézelay, "the eternal hill", village classified by UNESCO. Guided visit to the basilica Saint Mary Madeleine, center of Romanesque architecture and sculpture and which still keeps some relics of the saint.
Free time to browse around the village and maybe taste some other Burgundy red wines before returning to Paris.
Departure to Paris at 4.30 PM. Arrival around 7.30 PM.
