Very friendly, well organized, liked the freetime, bus was too warm in upper section

We had a great time in Brugge and our guide was very knowledgeable. The bus ride was a bit too long, though, and we did not have much leg room. I realize you cannot do anything about the length of the bus ride.

Our only problem was that we got there early so we could get a good seat on the bus, hopefully up front so we could have great views. We were there early and first in line. We then had to walk a couple of blocks to join another tour company's bus and people were all herding along and cutting in front of people that had been in line for a long time. It didn't matter, though, because when we got there, three people from the other tour company were already in the front seats on the top level. The three then pulled down the shades and slept all the way to and from Brugge, which was a total waste of good seats, and denied a lot of people from seeing forward.
