I enjoyed it very much. The Bateaux took a long time tho to come. However, we had enough time at Notre Dame. I also liked our Louvre tour. I wished we had more time to take photos of the Winged Victory or come closer to the found "hands and fingers" which was talked about but not easily visualized. The Montmarte trip is great.

The "Paris Historic" part was a substandard bus ride around some old buildings with not much interesting commentary. There were no comments really explaining Notre Dame which was evidently the highlight of the morning. This was disappointing. The afternoon, however, was much better. While the morning guide seemed confused about facts including facts about the TOUR ITSELF (i.e. times to meet, prices for entry to places, hours of operation), the afternoon guide was very knowledgeable and confident. The free time on Montmartre was great, as was his helpful facts about the area, and the guided tour through the Louvre could not have been as good as it was without him. I wish I could remember his name. He not only knew an abundance of facts about the Louvre, but about the painters and artists and about other landmarks as well that might be connected. That was worth the price. The "Paris Historic" part of the tour, was certainly not.

We liked this tour a lot!!!! Our guide inside the Louvre was EXCELLENT!!!! She really enjoys what she does, and knows a lot!!! I Had a very good time at the Louvre and although I knew many things, this guide (Isabel) was FANTASTIC!!! and very, very kind. We also liked going up with her to Montmartre, because she took the time to explain EVERYTHING to us, and with so many details that it was a great visist. She is really a great guide.
