1 / BOOKING PROCESS

Is the payment online secured?
Pariscityrama.com has got a secure process payment online.

How do we get the voucher when we make a booking through the website?
When you make the booking online, you receive a confirmation of the transaction by email and the voucher to be printed. Show up at our different points depending on the tours booked and present your printed voucher to our staff :
At Cityrama office : Cityrama tours by coach - 2 rue des pyramides 75001 Paris
To our Driver guide : minibus tours - starting from your location in Paris
To the Driver : Opentour + Paris à la Carte + Nice Le Grand Tour + Lyon Le Grand Tour + Marseille Le Grand Tour
At the embarkment point  : Marina de Paris dinner or lunch cruise.

In which language are the tours operated ?
While booking online, you will be asked to select the language you like to follow the tour, once you have mentionned the number of people.
Some of our tours, which do not include any visit, do not get this option of language.
All our tours are available in English.

 

2 / PRICES

What does the price of the tours include?
Entrance fees : for all the visits mentioned in the description of each tour. Except on Hop on Hop off tours.
Transportation :

• By coach : tours depart and return from / to Cityrama office , 2 rue des pyramides 75001 Paris.
• By minibus : pick up and drop off at the hotel inside Paris
• By train : tours depart from Cityrama office, end at the train station.

Accommodation : for multiple day tours accommodation is provided in 3* star hotel including breakfast and dinner.
Paris l’Opentour and Paris à la Carte : 4 routes of the Opentour .
Duration of the tour : the transportation is included in the tour, the time differs from the distance (for example : Paris-Bruges is about 3h30 by coach, Paris-Mont Saint Michel is about 4 hours by coach, Versailles is about 40 minutes).

Is there any discount offered ?
Children : special fare from 3 to 11 years old, except on special tours (as dinner or cabaret tours).
Senior citizens and students : No special price (except for Hop on Hop off Provinces Tours)
Groups : no special fare.

TOURS BY COACH WITH CITYRAMA

What is the departure point?
Departure and return (except for some of them specified) to Cityrama agency bus terminal, located 2 rue des Pyramides 75001 Paris, facing the Louvre musuem.
Exchange your voucher to our staff there.
Nearest metro station : Palais Royal (line 7,1) or Pyramides (line 7,14) or Tuileries (line 1).
Open daily from 6.30 AM to 10.00 PM (summer) and 7.00 AM to 8.30 PM (winter).

How do we go to Cityrama office ?
By Metro : line 1 (stop at Tuileries or Palais Royal) ; line 7 (stop at Palais Royal or Pyramides) ; line 14 (stop at Pyramides).
We advise you to ask the concierge of your hotel to know how to get to Cityrama office. He will help you choosing the best way to come, taking into account traffic conditions and drive time.

MINIBUS TOURS WITH PARIS CITY FIRST

Where is the departure point?
Departure and return from / to your hotel - or else accomodation inside Paris (once departure time confirmed by our staff).
Exchange your voucher to the driver guide who picks you up there.
Some of our minibus tours include only transfer from/to Cityrama office. Clients are transferred to the coach at our bus terminal.

 

4 / HOP ON HOP OFF TOURS

How long is the pass valid for?
Passes are valid all day long (not 24 hours).
2 or 3 days pass has to be used on consecutive days.

OPENTOUR PARIS and PARIS A LA CARTE

What is the departure point?
You can start the tour wherever you like, from any of the 50 Opentour bus stops in Paris, and exchange your printed voucher to the driver.

What is the time table schedule?

• Winter Season :
  Opentour operates from about 9.30 AM to 5.00 PM ; bus frequency every 30 minutes.
  Batobus operates from about 10.30 AM to 6.00 PM ; boat frequency every 35 minutes.

• Summer Season :
  Opentour operates from about 9.30 AM to 7.00 PM ; bus frequency every 20 minutes.
  Batobus operates from about 10.00 AM to 9.00 PM ; boat frequency every 25 minutes

• Marseilles Le Grand Tour :
  Winter : it operates from about 10.00 AM to 5.30 PM ; closed from 2010 January 4th to 29th ; frequency is 4 departures a day.
  ummer : it operates from about 10.00 Am to 7.00 PM ; frequency is every hour.

• Lyon Le Grand Tour :
  Winter : it operates from about 10.45 AM to 5.00 PM ; closed from 2010 January 4th to 24th ; frequency every 1h30.
  Summer : it operates from about 10.00 AM to 6.30 PM ; frequency every 45 minutes.

How do we get on dinner cruise or lunch « Marina de Paris » ?

Dinner or lunch cruise on itself, without transportation.

6 / AIRPORT TRANSFERS

How do we book shuttle return transfer with Air City Service ?
You have to make two different bookings to reserve a return transfer airport-hotel-airport.1 booking for the arrival transfer - 1 booking for the departure transfer.
Steps to follow for a booking transfer :

3 – Fill the personal information form in
4 – Fill the flight information form in

Which hotel is available to get a shuttle transfer?
This service is available for hotels (or else) inside Paris only.

What is the time schedule of the shuttle to operate?
Transfer airport-hotel (or else) in Paris is available between 6.00 AM to 8.00 PM
Transfer hotel (or else) in Paris -airport is available between 8.00 AM to 8.00 PM

 

7 / GENERAL INFORMATION

What is the currency ?
The French currency is the euro
Note that currency of England (for the London Tour) is “British sterling pound”.

How shall I be dressed up?
Comfortable clothes and shoes are recommended. It may rain and some places are cold (as churches and cellars).
For night dinner-cruise or cabaret tours, formal dress is required which means that jeans and sport shoes are forbidden.

Are there any toilets on board the coach?
There is no toilets in the agency.
Only motorcoaches operating full days or multiple day tours to the Provinces are equipped with toilets that are opened to the customers.

Is it possible to get on tours for wheelchair passengers?
Very few tours are accessible for passengers in wheelchair. only if the person can manage to get on the coach by himself, and if the wheelchair can be folded out.
Paris L’Opentour has got one Open top bus accessible for wheelchairs, in the Green Line Grand Tour. Please contact us in order to provide this bus on the route.

Do you accept animals?
No animal is accepted in any of our bus or coach.
