(metro Palais Royal or Pyramides), for CITYRAMA sightseeing tours.
At your hotel ( once confirmed departure time by our staff ) for minibuses tours.
At our embankment, quai de Solférino (close to Orsay Museum) for dinner-cruises " Marina de Bercy "
At any bus stop for the open-top bus services : Paris l'Opentour, Nice Le Grand Tour, Marseille Le Grand Tour and Lyon Le Grand Tour.
How can I go to the departure point ?
Ask the concierge of your hotel, he will be able to give you the best solution, regarding the traffic conditions and the time it takes.
Where can I go if I have any problem ?
In Paris, at our bus terminal 2 rue des Pyramides (1er),
open daily from 6.30 AM until 10.00 PM in summer and from 7.00 AM until 8.30 PM in winter.

Are the entrance fees included ?
For all Cityrama sightseeing tours, the entrance fees for the visits mentioned in each tour description are included.
The passes valid on the "Hop on-Hop off" services do not include any entrance fees.
What is the French currency?
In France, the currency is the euro.
We remind you that in Great Britain, the currency is the british pound ("One day in London" tour)
Which languages are available on each tour ?
When you make your tour reservation you can see which languages are available ( English is always available)
How should I dress ?
We recommend you to wear comfortable clothes, especially shoes. Don't forget that it may rain and some places (churches, caves, ...) are often cold.
For the evening dinner-cruises or cabaret shows, a more formal dress is required
